Just like in real life, you need not necessarily disturb the beehive to agitate the bees. Once you are in the close range of the beehive, bees will begin to attack you. The developers have made the experience feel realistic, as bee stings rapidly drain your health and stamina due to poison infection.

Tackling Bees in PEAK

The obvious strategy to tackle bees in the game is to run as fast as possible. Additionally, you need quick reflexes as the bees would not offer much time. Also, do not treat them casually, as they would be considerably fast enough to follow you.

Although climbing to towering heights may seem like a wise choice, it should be your last priority when bees are chasing you. That is because ascending is a slow process, and you would not be able to get a head start to escape the bees.

One of the most effective strategies to deal with bees in PEAK is to run into an open area and exhaust them by circling. If done successfully, the bees will eventually give up and return to their hive. However, PEAK does not have a consistent timer for how long bees will chase you. Sometimes, they leave after 30 seconds, while other times, they may take up to a full minute.

If your goal at the beehive is to collect honey or any other item essential for an in-game achievement, you can use a teammate with maximum stamina and health as bait. The bees will follow that player, allowing the rest of the team to focus on collecting the essential items without worrying about bee stings.

That was all about bees in PEAK.
