Grow a Garden Prehistoric Event is set to bring some brand-new content, including new seeds. Let’s find out.
Roblox Grow a Garden is never too far away from a new update. The developers are expected to name the latest update either the Prehistoric Update or the Fossil Event Update. This update will introduce new content, including new pets (dinosaur-themed), a Fossil Dealer (NPC Shop), and new Seeds.
This article will focus on the new seeds that have been leaked by the community members. Let’s have a look.
What are the New Seeds in Grow a Garden?
Grow a Garden will soon unveil a new update, dubbed the Prehistoric or Fossil Update. Jandel, a key developer, has confirmed active work on this update, though Roblox has yet to officially announce it.
The update has sparked several leaks, with community members sharing images and visuals of upcoming items. Among these are new seeds introduced in the game. Below is the list of new seeds:
- Amber Blossom: A vibrant, golden-yellow tree with a unique, upright structure and clusters of amber-colored blooms.
- Pomegranate: A tall tree featuring bright orange-red flowers that develop into large, red, fruits.
- Date: A palm-like tree with green fronds and clusters of small, yellowish flowers that turn into sweet dates.
- Hedgehog Cactus: A spiky, green cactus with small, pinkish-purple blooms emerging from its spines.
- Plum: A tree with delicate, pale pink to deep pink blossoms that bloom close to the branches.
- Black Tulip: A slender plant with striking, deep purple-black tulip flowers on thin stems.

As of now, developers haven’t confirmed the rarities of these seeds, and they may add more to the game. They are expected to launch the update after the current Summer Event, likely in one to two weeks.
New Fossil Dealer (NPC Shop)
Players can obtain these new seeds through a new NPC shop called the Fossil Dealer. Seed packs purchased from this stand have a limited chance of containing the new seeds, with rarer seeds being less likely to spawn.
