When you first arrive in Hyland Point, your uncle helps you a lot by providing a dealer by the name of Albert Hoover. He deals you the good herbs that help you start your business. However, you can only order a limited number due to the debt limit placed by him. So, going to the stash and paying off your debt becomes a hassle as you get more customers and less time to waste. Albert Hoover’s Location in Schedule 1
Albert Hoover is the first dealer you do business with in Hyland Point. From there on, it’s only up. As you progress and reach the rank of Hoodlum 5, you unlock the Grandaddy Purple seeds from Albert Hoover, as well as call him to set up shop for you to purchase his products. Why go meet him when you can purchase it directly through text?
You don’t directly pay Albert Hoover; instead, you have a debt to pay when you buy products from him. However, the debt has a limit. Your business doesn’t. As you scale up (expand) your business, you will find out that the lack of seeds limits how much you can sell at a time. Dealers will keep running out of product, and you will be taking trips behind the hardware store to pay off your older debts, plus the time that Albert takes to deliver your product in a random stash around you.
For this reason, Albert helps you a bit by setting up shop in one of the 4 locations: the Westside Construction, the northern end of the Bypass, under the bridge, and beside the Mayor’s house. You can purchase an unlimited amount of products with cash and can stock up on various seeds that you need for your business.
