The best Bungalow layout in Schedule 1 allows you to automate your operations and maximize earnings effectively.

As you progress through Schedule 1, the motel room and the Sweatshop room won’t be ideal options to manage your operations. They become cramped and lack the space needed to expand your business. That’s where the Bungalow comes in to save the day. Purchasing the Bungalow is one of the most essential upgrades in Schedule 1, which allows you to hire more workers and automate the production process to streamline the workflow.
However, once you enter the Bungalow, you may wonder where to start things off and how to set up your operations effectively. This guide walks you through the best Bungalow layout to maximize your earnings while keeping everything automated in Schedule 1.

How To Make the Best Bungalow Layout and Setup in Schedule 1
Required Things and Stations for Best Bungalow Layout
The Bungalow includes three spacious rooms — Hall, Kitchen, and Bedroom — perfect for setting up your peddling business in automation. Here’s what you’ll need for the best setup:
- Workers: 2 Botanists, 1 Chemist, 1 Handler, and 1 Cleaner
- Workstations: 1 Packaging Station, 1 Mixing Station, 1 Chemistry Station, and 1 Lab Oven
- Other Items: 16 Growing Pots, 5-6 Large Storage Racks, 6 Beds, 2 Trash Cans, Drying Racks (Optional)

How To Set Up the Best Bungalow Layout
As you require five workers to operate within the Bungalow, you need to have six Beds, including one for yourself. The best place to put them is obviously the bedroom, which fits six Beds along with a few Large Storage Racks.
Then, arrange your workstations and Grow Pots all over the Hall and Kitchen. As there is no production work in the bedroom, place the Trash Cans in the two other rooms and assign the Cleaner to take care of them. While the Botanists grow plants in pots, Chemists can operate in the Mixing Station, Chemistry Station, and Lab Oven. Meanwhile, set up the correct route for the Handler to transport the required things for them.
Make sure to leave enough space for workers to move around the three rooms. That’s it — you have a fully functional automated Bungalow setup. If you have found your Chemist or Botanist not working and remaining idle, check out our dedicated guides to resolve the issue.
Alternative Options for the Best Bungalow Layout
You can place beds in motel rooms instead of the Bungalow to gain some extra space, which you can use to have a few other Large Storage Racks. If the number of Growing Pots feels overwhelming, remove a few and replace them with Drying Racks to increase the quality of your products.
