All of the above-mentioned items are very important for the sweatshop to run smoothly. On top of that, you will need only a botanist to do 99% of the work. Firstly, arrange all the suspension racks, pots, and grow lights alongside the walls of the sweatshop. Then place the mixing station with 1 large and 1 medium shelf. The large shelf will store all the harvested product, and the medium shelf will store the mixing agent. Place 1 large shelf near the bed for storing the seeds and soil. Use another large shelf to store all the mixed products.

Hire a botanist, and assign him to harvest from all pots. Make sure to put all the seeds and soil packets on a large shelf and mark it as the supplies destination for the botanist. Then assign him to transfer all the harvested goods to the large shelf near the mixing station. Finally, assign a bed to the botanist so that he can rest easily after all the hard work.

Now all you need to do is grab harvested goods and mix them at the mixing station. After that, place the packaging station next to it to pack things quickly. Use the remaining shelves to store baggies and packed products. We prefer placing the packed product shelf near the gate to grab stuff faster.
