- Make sure you have an available bed and assign it to your Chemist through the Management Clipboard.
- Pay their wages by placing money in their briefcase on their assigned bed.
- A congested workspace blocks their movement and restricts them from working. Ensure enough space is available for them to move freely between their assigned stations.
- If you find your Chemists don’t work despite being assigned to workstations, you might have forgotten to specify a recipe at the station. With your Management Clipboard open, interact with a station to assign a specific drug recipe for your Chemists to work.
- Chemists won’t pick up the required materials by themselves, as they depend on someone to place the ingredients. Place all the required supplies at the workstations or assign a Handler to transport them from storage to workstations for a streamlined workflow.
