While the Sweatshop may feel like an upgrade over the cramped Motel Room, neither will suffice your needs after a certain point. That’s when you need a bigger house to expand your operations, with the Bungalow becoming the ideal option, as it offers more spacious rooms for seamless workflow.

How To Get the Bungalow in Schedule 1
Acquiring the Bungalow is a straightforward process; just visit Ray’s Real Estate and purchase the property. It’s as simple as that. Ray’s Real Estate is located in the southeast part of the map, east of the Gas-Mart and Hyland Auto. It is right next to the newly opened Bleuballs Boutique store.
Interact with Ray at the Ray’s Real Estate store and buy the Bungalow for $6,000. He also sells properties like the Barn and the Docks Warehouse, which are priced at $25,000 and $50,000, respectively. Since Ray’s Real Estate abides by the law and rules, they only accept card payment. So make sure to have a minimum online balance of $6,000 before purchasing the Bungalow.
Where Is the Bungalow Located in Schedule 1?
The Bungalow is located at the outskirts of the map at the northwest corner of Westville. Follow the road and cross the bridge to get to the area, where your newly purchased Bungalow awaits. Once purchased, the Bungalow is marked with a blue icon—like the Motel Room and the Sweatshop—making it easy to locate.
