Find out how you can clean up your inventory and drop items in Schedule 1. Make sure you have enough space for the important stuff.
While you’re making and improving your products, running out to get more supplies or complete a deal in Schedule 1, you also have to keep an eye on your inventory space. If you’re someone who likes to collect every item in the game, you’d quickly run out of slots to keep them. Soon, you might not have enough space to store away the important stuff. That’s why you need to know how you can drop items in Schedule 1 or get rid of them any other way.
In this guide, we’ll help you manage your inventory space.
How To Discard Items You Don’t Need?
If you are sure that you won’t need an item any longer during your playthrough, we’d suggest taking advantage of the discard option. To discard an item, simply open your inventory menu from the phone screen after pressing Tab. On the lower right corner of your screen, you can see an empty red box marked discard. You can drag and drop any of the items you want to discard inside this box. Doing so will permanently remove that item from your inventory, freeing up some space.
Keep in mind that discarded items are lost forever. You cannot get them back by any means. However, once you place the item inside the discard box, you still have a few seconds to get the item back if you change your mind. The discarding process can take a couple of seconds to complete.

Other Ways To Drop Items in Schedule 1
If you’re not a fan of discarding items, you can also dump certain items in the trash. For this, you’ll literally have to throw the item you don’t want into the trash. You can find trash cans around your apartment and in the world. You will then need to collect all of the trashed items into a Black Rubbish Bag. You can then dispose of the trash-filled bags inside trash compactors around the map. Doing so will not only get rid of your unnecessary items but will also reward you with some cash.
For greater convenience, you should buy the Litter Picker tool from Dan’s Hardware Store for just $50. It allows you to pick up multiple items at once and drop them inside the trash can. However, keep in mind that you can’t trash all items in the game. There are only selective stuff that you can drop inside the trash can.
