The spray paint is one of the new contents added in the beta version of Schedule 1, which will soon arrive in the base game. This item is tied to the Cartel Update, which you can use to spray graffiti all over the map. It’s not just pure cosmetics, as it’s an important tool to reduce the influence of cartel groups in the area.

For now, it’s only the Benzies Family that you’ll have to worry about. But more cartel groups will be added in the future. With that said, here is a guide on how you can get spray paint in Schedule 1.

You can purchase a spray paint in Schedule 1 inside the Gas Mart for $10 in cash. Every time you make graffiti, you use one spray paint can. This means you will need to purchase multiple cans if you want to vandalize more areas in Westville. This is important if you are going to war with cartel groups in the game. Vandalizing on their turf will reduce the cartel’s influence on that area.

To use spray paint in Schedule 1, you need to find an area to draw graffiti. You can spot them as large white squares on an empty wall. One such spot was found in front of the apartment beside the bungalow property in Westville.

Vandalizing a Wall

Approach the wall and press E on your keyboard to activate the graffiti system. Afterward, simply draw whatever you want on the wall. The drawing mode works like you are using Microsoft Paint. You can choose from seven basic colors by clicking on the circles below the canvas wall. Afterward, press the ESC key on your keyboard to close the interface and save your wall art.

Beware of Cops

Be careful when using the spray pain in Schedule 1. The cops will arrest you if they spot you doing graffiti on the walls. If you get caught, you will go to jail and will be charged with Vandalism with a penalty of $50 cash. The penalty isn’t that big, but it’s annoying having to walk from the police station to your house.
