Read more to find out how you can unlock the Hayland Manor property in Schedule 1 as part of the Cartel Update.

The Hayland Manor is one of the new features added in the Cartel Update in the Schedule 1 open beta. It’s one of the properties that was already available in the game since the beginning, but wasn’t accessible until now. With the new update, you can now purchase the manor. However, you will need to complete the Benzies family storyline first. It’s the first cartel group added to the game.
With that said, here is how you can unlock and purchase the Hayland Manor property in Schedule 1.
How To Get Hayland Manor Property in Schedule 1
To gain access to the Hayland Manor property in Schedule 1, you must first complete the Benzies family storyline. To start the quest, you need to receive a message from Thomas. If you don’t see the message, try sleeping, and you should get it the next morning. Meeting up with him will let you decide whether you will work for the cartel or refuse their offer.
Deal or No Deal With Thomas Benzies

If you accept the deal, you will need to sell them your products for less profit. You are also not allowed to do your business in Northtown and Westville. In other words, you don’t gain much from them. It is recommended to refuse their offer and go to war with the Benzies family cartel instead. If you do, your dealers can get jumped, and they may lose money or some of the products they sell.
Fighting Against the Cartel
From this point on, you simply need to build up a reputation in their turf by selling your products and taking their customers away from them. You will eventually unlock the “Finishing the Job” story mission. This is where you take care of the cartel once and for all with the help of your partners in crime.
Nelson will ask you to request help from Sam to dig a tunnel under Hayland Manor. This area is the base of operations for the Benzies. You will need to pay $10,000 to make progress with this task. Additionally, you need to ask Billy at the chemical plant for some explosives. He won’t accept money as payment; however, you can trade some of your products for the RDX.
Blow Up the Hyland Manor

Once you have what you need, you will be directed to Stan at the warehouse. Here, you can ask him to make an explosive using the material you got from Billy. But first, you need to get rid of a thief who’s been stealing his supplies. You can spot the thief roaming around the docks at night. Once you kill the thief, head back to Stan, and you will get a bomb. Afterward, go to sleep, and you should receive a message from Sam that the tunnel is ready.
You then have to head to the Hayland Manor, set up the bomb, and blow it up. You have 45 seconds to run away after planting the bomb. The place will go up in flames, and everyone inside will perish. Once the Benzies family cartel is finished, you can wait a few days to gain access to the Hayland Manor.
How Much Is the Hyland Manor in Schedule 1?

The Hayland Manor is given to you for free after completing the Benzies family story mission. However, you will have to wait a few days after construction is done. This is because you blew up the house, and it needs to be repaired. Once construction is complete, you are free to use the manor as your base of operations. The only drawback is that it’s located far from the town. It does have two parking slots, so you can have most of your supplies delivered.
