Here is a guide on how you can get your hands on the pump shotgun in Schedule 1 and whether it’s worth the money.
The pump shotgun is a new weapon added in the beta version of Schedule 1, which will soon arrive in the base game. This weapon is quite deadly at short range and can one-shot targets if most pellets hit. However, it does have a drawback in terms of reload speed. This means you have to make every shot count and hide in a safe spot to reload. You also need to purchase each shell one at a time, which can be tedious.
With that said, here is a guide on how you can get your hands on the pump shotgun in Schedule 1.
Where Can You Buy a Pump Shotgun in Schedule 1?
You can purchase the pump shotgun from Stan, the weapon dealer inside the warehouse, for $7,500 cash. Keep in mind that this vendor only accepts cash, not cards. This means you will have to withdraw some money from the ATM first. The shotgun comes with five shells loaded for you to use. You can purchase more shells for $3 each.

The weapon currently has a glitch where you see a bit of your body while it’s equipped. This makes it hard to aim as your sight is blocked. However, it should be fixed in the final release of the Cartel Update in Schedule 1. For now, you will have to deal with it if you are playing the beta version.
Is the Pump Shotgun Worth Buying in Schedule 1?
The pump shotgun is a powerful weapon and is worth buying in Schedule 1. It can instantly kill targets at close range. However, it is hard to hit enemies from a distance. In that case, you will need to switch to other weapons, like an M1911 or revolver.
That said, there isn’t much of a reason to purchase something as powerful as the pump shotgun in the game. Most of your enemies will be the police, which you can easily avoid. Perhaps, if there were more combat mechanics in the Cartel Update, we might find more use for the pump shotgun. For now, it’s the most powerful gun in Schedule 1.
