Oscar is a key NPC in Schedule 1, and he should not usually be missing from the warehouse. There might be various reasons why Oscar is missing. Below are the problems and fixes that might bring Oscar back to the warehouse:
- If only Oscar is missing from the warehouse, you can try sleeping, saving, and restarting the game. Then return back to the warehouse. This usually solves most of the bugs in the game, unless it’s a new bug. In general, doing this solves most of the game’s bugs, and there’s not much of it.
- If Oscar still doesn’t show up, you can always open the deliveries app on your phone and order supplies from him. Your home will receive these supplies.
- A very unconventional solution is finding Oscar around the Wharf District, or if he is stuck behind delivery crates. But this is a rare occurrence. You need to beat him up, make him unconscious, drag his body to the warehouse, and sleep. The next day at 6 pm, he should be ready in the warehouse.
- Drive your vehicle to the warehouse so that it triggers all the warehouse NPCs to show up.
- Make sure that you are not being chased or suspected by the police, as that also might trigger the NPCs to disappear at times.
