Popular streamer Valkyrae addresses view-botting speculations, confirming her YouTube stream views are organic.

After Valkyrae encountered suggestions that her YouTube livestreams were getting view-botted, she has confirmed that’s not the case. Rachel stated that she had confirmed with her YouTube rep, Jeffrey, that the algorithm was pushing her streams to the front page of YouTube. For the uninitiated, Rachel speculated that her YouTube view count was artificially inflated. She also called her YouTube viewers “bots” as a joke on the view count. The streamer credited popular games R.E.P.O and Fortnite for the influx of viewers on her stream.
“My YouTube dude Jeffrey confirmed my yt stream viewerships isn’t bots! Apparently the past few streams have been pushed on the suggested video tab by 75% due to the games I was playing. YouTube loves repo and Fortnite 🙂 ..I’ll stop calling yall bots now”

..I’ll stop calling yall bots now
Rae used to stream exclusively on YouTube before transitioning to Twitch in January 2025. She returned to Twitch and started multi-streaming across both platforms. Recently, Rae observed that the view count on YouTube was more than that of her Twitch view count. Valkyrae has over 4.08M subscribers on YouTube and over 1.4M followers on her Twitch channel. Rae averages around 10,000 viewers on Twitch and over 20,000 viewers on YouTube. She stated that YouTube pushed her past few streams on the suggested video tab by 75%. Notably, on Twitch, Valkyrae was the third most-watched female streamer.
