YouTube content creator Stephen “Coffeezilla” recently reacted to the launch of Donald Trump’s meme coin called $TRUMP. The creator was heavily critical of the project, labeling the situation as a “grift” (grifting essentially means swindling something or someone). Today (January 20, 2025), he reacted to Melania Trump, the soon-to-be First Lady of the United States, releasing her own Crypto project – $MELANIA meme coin. For those who missed it, she revealed it on her official X account and was later retweeted by Donald Trump himself, corroborating it:

Today (January 20, 2025), Coffeezilla posted a brief reaction video on his secondary YouTube channel (Voidzilla) titled i hate my life. In the video, he explained his take on Melania launching her meme coin:
“I spent years of my life trying to tell people to do the right thing. Don’t take advantage of your followers, don’t scam people, don’t grift. Otherwise, you’re not going to get anywhere in life. You’re not going to get to the highest Office of the land. If you do it too much, law enforcement might come after you. Now the guy doing it, appoints the law enforcement.”
YouTuber and self-proclaimed online investigator Coffeezilla recently reacted to Melania Trump launching her meme coin, $MELANIA, just a day or two after her husband, Donald Trump, introduced his own. He revealed that just hours after its release, $TRUMP crashed. He said:
“When Melania Coin launched and Donald Trump retweeted it, basically proving that it was real, because everyone, myself included, thought it was fake, Trump coin then crashed 40-50% because everyone was trying to jump in the Melania Coin. Just wait until the Ji Xingping Coin comes out. Like, is the whole market gonna crash then?”

Coffeezilla did a brief piece on the $TRUMP token, highlighting that 80% of the coin is owned by insiders. Regarding the latest coin ($MELANIA), he stated that it was merely a way to “redistribute” wealth from the indigent to the insiders. He said:
“These meme coins have no value except to redistribute wealth from the poor regular people to insiders, rich people, early people, snipers, developers, the infrastructure that makes that all happen.”
