Bai Wuchang can help a variety of NPCs in her mission, such as Fang Yao. You will first encounter Fang Yao when you enter Cloudspire City and save them from an aggressive enemy knocking on their door. After doing a few favors, you will later see them by the Shaft area. They will mention their sister, who happens to be the Perfect Bride.

Continue the questline, and you will eventually encounter the Perfect Bride. This is an omnipotent enemy that can deal slash and stab attacks. After defeating this boss, you will unlock the Perfect Bride – Fang Ling trophy or achievement. You will then receive the Bitter Severance as a reward for winning the battle.
