How To Get Cornucopia Elixir in Wuchang Fallen Feathers

You can only get the Cornucopia Elixir by talking to He Youzai. There is no other way to get the item. If you don’t remember, He Youzai is the NPC you meet early on in the game. He instructs you to seek the pinwheels. When you talk to him for the first time, he hands over a Cornucopia Elixir. The only way to acquire more of the consumable item is to find him in other areas of the game and talk to him.

• Interaction #8: Bai Mansion (Mt. Zhenwu), after beating the area boss.
