Where Can You Find the Armguards of Loyalty in Wuchang Fallen Feathers?
There are countless hidden bosses you can find in Wuchang Fallen Feathers. Some of them require a bit of extra work to find, but it is worth it, considering you get worthwhile gear and items. To find the Armguards of Loyalty, you must first beat the Eternal Glory Zhao Yun. You can start from the nearest shrine, then take the northwest path.
After you defeat the boss, find the tombstone around the shrine and do the Worship pose. You will then receive the armguards, among other things.

As a pair of bracers, you can equip these on both arms, and this piece comes as part of the full Loyalty set. However, you can mix and match any piece with other sets that you prefer.
