As you make it to the Bo Capital, you can find a few shrines in different areas. It can be tricky and confusing to navigate, but all you need to do is remember one specific shrine and NPC. You can start from the Capital Entrance and take a load off at the nearest Shrine. After resting, take a right and you can spot Yu Xia.
Interact with this NPC and complete a conversation. Once you finish speaking to her, rest once again, and this time she will be gone. Head further right, and you can spot a glowing object on the ground. This will be the Consort’s Canopy Hat, along with the full set ripe for the taking.
