Where Can You Find the Crown of Loyalty in Wuchang Fallen Feathers?
The Crown of Loyalty is part of the Loyalty Set, and the acquisition process is the same as for the Chainmail of Loyalty. You can start from the Avian Dwelling and make your way to the center area to face Eternal Glory: Zhao Yun.
It is worth noting that there is a hidden boss, and you could miss them as you progress. After defeating this boss, backtrack to the nearest shrine and perform a Worship Pose. This will then conclude the White-Robed Elder side quest, and the Loyalty Set will be yours for the taking.

The whole point of a helmet is to protect your head; however, the Crown of Loyalty is more of a statement piece. It does not have the best stats or resistances to elemental ailments, and it is practically weak to physical attacks.
