The Demon Pendant can be spotted over at Mount Zhenwu by the temple. You can start from the shrine and go through the double doors. As you step outside, take a right through the arch and another right around the corner. An enemy will spawn, and you can either fight them or slip past them. Climb up the ladder on the wall and take a left, then take the next ladder up.

Walk on the roof and jump through the hole leading to a secret attic above the shrine. Kick down the ladder but hop on top of the shrine. The Demon Pendant will be sitting on top of the shrine, which can be difficult to reach or access.

This Pendant Is a Match for Fire-Based Weapons, but at a Cost

The real selling point of the Demon Pendant is the amplification of fire-based attacks. It is one of the few elements that can deal damage over time, and it can be useful in any encounter. The burn or fire status effect will be prioritized over other benefits, such as melee attacks. Take any fire-based weapon, and it will decrease its physical attack value to boost your fire damage. It can be a tricky trade-off, but it can give you a strategic advantage.
