The following guide will help you locate Shen Yanping’s Wedding Dress in Wuchang Fallen Feathers and unlock the associated reward.
In Wuchang Fallen Feathers, you meet a host of NPCs, most of whom have certain requests for you to fulfill. These side quests are worth your time and effort, since they reward you with some of the most useful items in the game.
When you progress to the second region in the game, dubbed Cloudspire, you will run into an NPC named Shen Yanping, who’ll ask you to find a wedding dress for him. Undertaking this quest will lead you to take on another side quest, with both of them being interconnected.
In this guide, we’ll explore how you can get your hands on Shen Yanping’s Wedding Dress in Wuchang Fallen Feathers.
Where To Find Shen Yanping?
You will reach the Cloudspire City location in the second region of the game after defeating the Liu Cheng’en boss. As you move through the streets and eliminate any foes along the way, you’ll eventually reach a Shrine here. Take the pathway right behind the Shrine and reach a ladder. Climb up that ladder, and you will locate another ladder that goes up to the cliff. As you scale this second ladder, you’ll want Shen Yanping waiting for you at the top. Speak with the NPC, who refers to himself as the butler of Snowfall Palace. He’ll ask you to retrieve a Vermillion Wedding Dress for him.
To locate the wedding dress, you’ll need to head toward the row of houses just behind Shen Yanping. You’ll spot that one of the houses has an open door. Proceed inside to meet Shen Jing’an and Matchstick, both of whom are Great Yonder Gang members. You will need to pledge yourself to the gang and then ask Shen Jing’an about the wedding dress. She will claim to have the dress with her. However, before she hands it over to you, you need to find her missing gang member Gut.

How To Retrieve Shen Yanping’s Wedding Dress in Wuchang Fallen Feathers
Now, you’ll have to set off in search of Gut. To do that, simply head back to where Shen Yanping is, and then descend the ladders there. At the bottom, when you look towards the wall, you can see some debris blocking a path. Clear the debris and then drop down another ladder to enter a mine shaft. Navigate through this area until you come back up in the Cloudspire Bazaar location. Fight your way through this area to reach a small hut, where you’ll find the missing gang member.
Speak to Gut and pick the option to search for Shen Jing’an. This will convince him to return to the gang members. With that out of the way, return to Shen Jing’an, and she’ll give you the wedding dress. Once you hand that over to Shen Yanping, he’ll give you a Full-Grown Red Mercury as a reward for fulfilling his request.
