WWE 2K25 features one of the largest-ever rosters in franchise history, with over 300. This includes Current Superstars, Hall of Famers, Managers, and Legends. Some legends eventually make an appearance in almost all of the WWE 2K games, and Kane is one of them.
The Big Red Monster returns in WWE 2K25 as one of the Legendary Wrestlers, marked with a yellow banner. Fans have always loved playing as Kane in the WWE 2K series, especially the iconic Masked Kane variant, which remains cool yet terrifying. If you are eager to unlock the Masked Kane and wreak havoc in WWE 2K25, this guide will show you how.

How To Unlock Masked Kane in WWE 2K25
Over the years in WWE, Kane has stood out as one of the best heel wrestlers with his menacing appearance and persona. His masked version adds more depth to his Big Red Monster gimmick. Playing as Masked Kane in WWE 2K25 allows you to show pure aggression and dominance in the ring. Moreover, he falls under the new Giant-archetype, making him stronger than ever. Fortunately, unlocking the Masked Kane is a simple process, however, you need some in-game currency to do so. To unlock the masked version of Kane, do the following steps:
- Find the Store option by navigating to the Extras section.
- Click the Store and then enter the Purchasables section.
- Here, you will find unlockable Superstar, Arena, and Championship.
- Look for Kane under the Superstar tab. Since it will be arranged in alphabetical order you can find him easily.
- You will find two versions of Kane in the store: Kane and Kane ‘08 (2008 variant).
- The masked version of Kane you are looking for is the first one named simply ‘Kane’ with an overall of 79.
- Purchase the Masked Kane with 1,000 VC to unlock him.
- Since each variant costs 1,000 VC, make sure to purchase the right one.
Upon unlocking, you can choose and play with him in any mode. You can also edit the mask and attire of Kane by selecting the Superstar option in the Creations tab. This allows you to try out various masks and attire to recreate the classic look of the beloved demon Kane from his 1997 or 2003 appearances.
