Find out how you can get Monster Fluid in Monster Hunter Wilds and craft special items like the Lala Barina armor set.

You will have to significantly rely on crafting in Monster Hunter Wilds to get better gear and weapons as you increase your Hunter Rank. Monster Fluid is one such crafting material that you will need early on in the game, especially if you want to craft the Lala Barina set of armor.
Monster Fluid is very common, but it comes from the smaller monsters, which is why you might have a shortage of it. In this article, we will explain how you can get Monster Fluid easily in Monster Hunter Wilds, and list all the sources from which you can get it.
Ways To Get Monster Fluid in Monster Hunter Wilds

You get Monster Fluid from the smaller lifeforms in Monster Hunter Wilds. Generally, you do not kill these small monsters, which can often cause a shortage of materials that you get from them.
There are three small monsters that drop Monster Fluid in Monster Hunter Wilds:
- Vespoid
- Bulaqchi
- Nerscylla Hatchling
All three monsters are insects, and here is where you can find them.
Source | Where to Find |
---|---|
Vespoid | Scarlet Forest, Oilwell Basin, Iceshard Cliff, Ruins of Wyveria |
Bulaqchi | Windward Plains |
Nerscylla Hatchling | Iceshard Cliff |
Other than Nerscylla Hatchlings, you can find both of the monsters in abundance. Most often, these will often be killed by you as collateral damage when you are hunting bigger monsters. Make sure to collect the materials from their bodies, and you should have an abundance of these easily.
Best Way To Farm Monster Fluid in Monster Hunter Wilds

The best way to farm Monster Fluid is by killing Nerscylla Hatchlings in Monster Hunter Wilds. These spiderlings come in masses during your fight with Nerscylla (not the Frenzied version), and will try to swarm you. That said, you will also likely encounter Nerscylla while trying to get them. You can also complete Nersyclla Optional Quests to get this item easily.
These small monsters will try to swarm you during your fight with Nerscylla, and will be automatically killed by your attacks when you hit the large spider. Make sure to collect the items from these hatchlings’ bodies after you finish the fight and you should have a good quantity of them from a single run only.
