Similarly, Dune Awakening requires you to venture across Arrakis to collect miscellaneous items and materials. However, as you progress, your backpack and inventory won’t suffice to hold everything. So, you need an external storage space to store your valuable resources.

The Storage Container allows you to store the items you have collected, helping you manage the inventory more effectively. In addition to expanding your storage slots, Storage Container also ensures the safety of your resources, allowing you to retrieve them later when you die in the wild. Here is how you can craft a Storage Container in Dune Awakening and expand your storage capacity.

Before crafting a Storage Container, you must unlock its schematic through the Research section. You can find the Storage Container schematic under the Placeables in Aluminum Products, which costs 10 Intel Points.

Moreover, the Storage Container requires you to spend 300 Intel to become available for crafting. Once you unlock the schematics, you can build the Storage Container at your base with 45x Aluminum Ingot and 8x Silicone Block. The storage container provides 45 inventory slots.

You can also unlock and construct several other types of storage containers.

Small Storage Container – Crafted with 35x Salvaged Metal and provides 10 inventory slots.
Chest – Crafted with 20x Iron Ingot and provides 20 inventory slots.
Medium Storage Container – Crafted with 70x Plastanium Ingot, 14x Silicone Block, and 4x Spice Melange. Provides 100 inventory slots.
