Possible Cause and Fix for the Account Authorization Error in Throne and Liberty
The Account Authorization Error, as the name suggests, largely has to do with the game not being able to verify the token attached to your in-game account. This relates to Easy Anti-Cheat, the anti-cheat system used by NCSOFT for the MMORPG title. On certain occasions, if you are disconnected from a server abruptly, it can temporarily suspend Easy Anti-Cheat. This can lead to a discrepancy in your account’s login token, keeping you from logging into a game.
While this can be extremely frustrating, the Account Authorization Error has a rather simple fix. You can simply restart your PC to sort things out. The PC restart with allow your Easy Anti-Cheat and any other associated services to reboot completely. With the refresh, you can relaunch the game and initiate a new login process with a brand new Account Authorization Token. This is more than likely to fix the error and will allow you to get into a match.
If this does not fix the Account Authorization Error for you, you can double-check your internet connection. Much like the previously reported EAC 47 Error, the Account Authorization Error can also stem from an unstable internet connection affecting the Easy Anti-Cheat.
