Although there are other methods to restore a spell slot in BG3, this particular class action is unique to this amulet.

How to Get Pearl of Power Amulet in BG3
To get the Pearl of Power Amulet in Baldur’s Gate 3 you must make your way to the Underdark in Act 1, find Omeluum in the Myconid Colony, and complete his quest before purchasing or pickpocketing the accessory from him. The simplest way to find the Underdark is to use the Well in the Blighted Village. At the bottom of the Well, you will find the Whispering Depths. Defeat the Phase Spider Matriarch and then use Feather Fall (spell, scroll, or potion) to safely jump into the glowing chasm.
Now that you are in the Underdark, head to the northwest to find the entrance to the Myconid Colony. Speak to Blurg just past the waypoint, and mention your tadpole problem. He will then introduce you to his friend Omeluum. Speak to Omeluum and ask him for help removing the tadpole. This will start the Help Omeluum Investigate the Parasite quest.
Now you will need to travel to the southwest portion of the Underdark to find and explore the Arcane Tower to find Tongue of Madness and Timmask Spores. Return these to Omeluum and play through the resulting dialogue. Afterward, you can start a conversation with Omeluum again and you’ll get the option to trade with him. The Pearl of Power will be available in his shop.
Additionally, another option is to pickpocket the Pearl of Power from Omeluum. Use a character like Astarion with a good Sleight of Hand skill. Get behind or to the side of Omeluum and click to pickpocket. The Pearl of Power can be found in his pockets, along with other items.
How to Use the Pearl of Power Amulet in BG3?
The best way to use the Pearl of Power Amulet is Baldur’s Gate 3 is to equip it to a spellcaster class like Sorcerer, Wizard, Cleric, or Druid. These classes will get the most benefit out of the Pearlescent Restoration class action.
While it can only be used once per Long Rest, Pearlescent Restoration will restore a single spell slot for the wearer. This will only work for Level 1, 2, or 3 level spells lots. Therefore, this will be incredibly useful in the early game, when spell slots can be few and far between. Additionally, Level 3 spell slots will be some of your most powerful spells at lower levels. Getting to restore an additional use of these is a helpful combat benefit.
