Blue Prince is a puzzle roguelike that throws you into Mt Holly Estate with one goal—find Room 46. The task seems fairly simple, and the game throws some challenging puzzles at you, but that is fine since you know what you are getting into. What is not fine is the literal final exam the game makes you write.

 Yes, Blue Prince has a final exam that you must solve to unlock one of the rare trophies in the game. The Classroom Final Exam puzzle requires you to solve a series of multiple choice questions, 46 of them in fact, forcing you to sit down and rack your brains as you would in school. The puzzle is remarkably different from the other ones you’ve solved so far and requires you to approach the solutions through logical reading instead of the usual environmental analysis.

How To Begin the Classroom Final Exam

You can’t just barge into the Classroom and start writing the exam. Just like in real life, you need to attend a certain number of classes first. In this case, you must draft the Classroom nine times in a single run. You can do so by drafting the Schoolhouse and unlocking the Classroom floorplan from the Drafting Studio.

 During the first eight drafts, entering the room revealed different topics being studied. These are the subjects that will appear in the Final Exam puzzle. If you have time, it’s wise to study during these early drafts—note the topics and any important details.

Once you draft the Classroom for the ninth time, the blackboard will read “Final Exam”—kicking off the Classroom Final Exam puzzle.
