In this guide, we shall go over all the Microchip locations in Blue Prince so you can get the King’s Throne Floorplan.
The Mt Holly Estate is a grand estate filled with secrets to uncover and lore to find. To claim these secrets and claim your stake as the heir of the estate, you must find Room 46. As easy as this task may seem, you’re quickly blindsided by the manor being an entity that shifts internally every day. To make progress and find Room 46, you need to be thorough with your exploration and find tools to arm yourself.
One such tool you’ll need along your journey is a Found Floorplan, and you get one of them through the use of Microchips. There are three Microchips in Blue Prince, each of which can be slotted into a pedestal in the Blackbridge Grotto. Doing so unlocks a secret path, leading you a step closer to achieving your objective.
The Microchips are an important item if you wish to see all that the game has to offer, but they are just as hidden as they are essential. Where To Find the Microchips in Blue Prince
First Microchip
You find the first Microchip by making your way past the Laboratory. There is no power in the Laboratory, so you first have to power it up using the Boiler Room. Start the steam generators in the Boiler Room and divert power to the lab. Return and complete the Laboratory Periodic Table puzzle to reach Blackbridge Grotto. Here, you will find a pedestal with the first Microchip. This pedestal also has two other empty slots, indicating there are two more you need to find.
Second Microchip
The second Microchip is right at the start in the Entrance Hall. Head over to the Entrance Hall and go to the corner on your left. There is a vase placed on a stand in the corner. Break the vase with a sledgehammer to find the Microchip hidden inside.

Third Microchip
The third and final Microchip is on the outside. Take a left from where you spawn and head past the West Gate on the Grounds. Head towards the bridge along this path, but don’t cross the bridge. Stand on the right side of the bridge and look down at the grass below. You can dig this spot up using a shovel. Dig a hole to find a Microchip buried within.
Take the two remaining Microchips back to the pedestal in Blackbridge Grotto. Slot the chips inside to reveal a hidden path that takes you to the King’s Throne Floorplan.
