Welcome to the guide for the ESO Dragonknight PvP Healer Build. Though not usually the first-class players think to reach for when creating PvP healers, the Dragonknight brings its own unique toolkit to the table. It may not be a meta-healing class, but it is super tanky and survivable.

Skills
Bar One: Restoration Staff for Healing
Radiating Regeneration (Morph of Regeneration | Skill Line : Restoration Staff) – Great heal over time that procs various gear sets. Consider this a must to keep at all times.
Igneous Weapons (Morph of Molten Weapons | Skill Line : Earthen Heart) – Keep this buff up on yourself and your allies at all times. Grants Major Brutality and Sorcery to all, with an uptime of 45 seconds.
Cauterize (Morph of Inferno | Skill Line : Ardent Flame) – Just slotting this ability gives you Major Prophecy and Savagery, and casting grants a heal for yourself and an ally.
Energy Orb (Morph of Necrotic Orb | Skill Line : Undaunted) – Main resource sustain synergy for your allies, also provides a strong AoE heal over time. Keep orb active and in proximity of your allies as much as possible.
Combat Prayer (Morph of Blessing of Protection | Skill Line : Restoration Staff) – Great healing buff for all classes.
Life Giver (Morph of Panacea | Skill Line : Restoration Staff) – Insane survivability for you or the group with mobility and low cost.

Hardened Armor (Morph of Spiked Armor | Skill Line : Draconic Power) – A powerful shield skill the grants Major Resolve, as well as absorbing up to 4k damage for 6 seconds.
Blinding Flare (Morph of Revealing Flare | Skill Line : Support) – This gives us 10% damage reduction and is great counter gank.
Elusive Mist (Morph of Mist Form | Skill Line : Vampire) – Helpful mobility skill. It teleports you on a short distance, giving you an extremely powerful tool.
Fragmented Shield (Morph of Obsidian Shield | Skill Line : Earthen Heart) – Gives you and your group a shield. Grants Major Mending to increase your healing done.
Coagulating Blood (Morph of Dragon Blood | Skill Line : Draconic Power) – Your main spammable burst heal that is based off your missing health. Meaning, if you’re at 75% I wouldn’t cast this because it won’t do much for you. Instead relay on Cauterize for heal over times and this for an “oh crap” spammable when below 50%
Replenishing Barrier (Morph of Barrier | Skill Line : Support) – A must have ultimate for an effective PvP group, this ability protects yourself and nearby group members for up to 11k damage. A must have when storming keeps through a hail of siege fire.

Ozezan the Inferno = monster helm from update 37, Scribes of Fate in Scriverner’s Hall dungeon.
- Why? This provides exceptional defensive capabilities if you run multiple heals over time.
Flex Options
- Earthgore: = gives a burst heal, mini negate and cleanse.
- Engine Guardian: = good resource sustain
- Magma Incarnate = great group utility
- Chokethorn = single target burst heal
- Nightflame = AoE heal
Pearls of Ehlnofey = this mythic requires DLC and Scrying. It provides an unbelievable ultimate generation.
- Why? This mythic provides an unbelievable amount of ultimate generation.
Flex Options:
- Torc of Tonal Constancy = great for resource sustain
- Markyn Ring of Majesty = increases your weapon and spell, adds resistances
Gear sets
Mara’s Balm = Defensive set, Obtained from the Rewards of the Worthy coffers
- WHY? one of the strongest defensive sets in the game even post-nerf in update 37. Additionally, this provides a free cleanse every 30 seconds making you extremely tanky. Swap if you prefer something else in heavy armor.
Phoenix Moth Theurge = buff set, that comes from overland Firesong DLC Galen and Y’ffelon zone or bought from the traders.
- This set provides incredible group utility and helps sustain stamina.
FLEX OPTIONS BUFF SET
- Rallying Cry = great group utility setup
- Gossamer = great buff set major evasion to group
- Sanctuary = ideal when you want raw healing
- Almalexia’s Mercy = incredible HPS if you have high magicka
- Hiti’s Hearth = reduce block and dodge plus a heal
- Buffer of the Swift = awesome damage reduction
FLEX OPTIONS DEFENSIVE SET
- Ironblood = most mitigation possible
- Grace of Gloom = God tier survivability but from healing which scales off max health and major evasion proc
- Mark of the Pariah = good for armor keep on body all times

Trainee = Comes from base game starter island overland zones or sold at guild traders. This set simply gives you extra stats and is easy to obtain.

- WHY? Major courage adds tons of damage and this set is mobile.

Mark of the Pariah: obtained in overland Orsinium or bought from traders.
- Why? great mitigation set on at all times that’s very easy to obtain.
Amber Plasm: obtained in Ruins of Mazzatun dungeon Shadows of the Hist DLC.
- Why? Carries your resource sustain in no CP.
Race
The best race choices for the Dragonknight PvP Healer:
- Argonian: God tier tanky making it a perfect fit for being that annoying healer that just won’t die.
- Breton: The best burst magicka sustain race in the game.
Attributes
Consider splitting your attributes into 32 health and 32 magicka. You should reach at least 32,000 health inside your PvP context. Adjust if not reaching those numbers.
Mundus Stone
The Ritual is the best Mundus Stone for PvP Healer Builds because it increases healing effectiveness by 8%.

CHEAP SUSTAIN OPTION: Increase Stamina and Magicka Recovery by 357 and Max Health by 3927 for 2 hours. These effects are scaled based on your level. Ingredients: Bervez Juice (1), Lotus (1), Mint (1), Rose (1), Columbine (1)
Tri-Restoration Potion or Essence of Health (tri-stat)
Type: Potions
Restore 7329 Health, 6618 Magicka, and 6618 Stamina immediately. Grants Major Fortitude, Major Intellect, and Major Endurance which increase your Health Recovery, Magicka Recovery, and Stamina Recovery by 20% for 31.7 seconds. (effects are scaled based on your level) Ingredients: Bugloss, Columbine, Mountain Flower
Escapist’s Poison IX
Type: Poisons
Immobilizes your target and grants you unstoppable, rendering you immune to control effects for 1.6 seconds. This poison will also break you free of ongoing control effects. Inflects hindrance to your target and grants you major expedition, reducing their movement speed by 40% and increasing your movement speed by 30% for 2.3 seconds. Drains stamina from your target, increasing the cost of their stamina abilities by 10% and restores 238 stamina per second to you for 2.3 seconds. (10s cooldown). Ingredients: Columbine, Namira’s Rot, Wormwood
