These places usually have a Private Room for Sam, where you can inspect your gear, take a shower, or simply repair any damage that your cargo has suffered. This is an especially good idea if the Timefall area is considerable and crossing it might take Sam too long.

In case the Timefall affects a smaller portion of the map that Sam can cross without the cargo undertaking too much damage, you might be able to get through without seeking shelter. You can always utilize the game map to check which sections are facing Timefall rains. Make sure you chart a course in ways that let you get around these sections whenever possible.

Build Timefall Shelters and Store Your Cargo There

Completing the third order in the game will give you access to PCC, which you can use to fabricate different structures.
