Welcome to our Destiny 2 The Title God Roll Guide and How to Get. The Title is a void aggressive frame submachine gun from Guardian Games. SMGs are some of the best weapons to use for both PVE and PVP due to their high fire rate, high damage, and ease of use. The Title has some very strong perk pairings for both PVE and PVP making it incredibly powerful as an energy slot SMG.

How to Get The Title
Obtaining The Title drop is quite straightforward. Simply participating in the limited time event called Guardian Games will help you obtain rolls and other loot as well. Guardian Games consists of completing activities, turning in medallion, and having fun in a class based competition. Make sure to talk to Eva in the tower to start your Guardian Games adventures and may the best class win.
PvE – The Title God Roll
Barrel | Chambered Compensator |
Magazine | Flared Magwell |
Perk 1 | Threat Detector |
Perk 2 | Repulsor Brace |
Origin Trait | Classy Contender |
Masterwork | Range |
Mod | Minor Spec |
Barrel: For the barrel, we are going with Chambered Compensator. This barrel will boost our recoil direction giving us as close to vertical as we can get without other perks or mods. Also, it gives a boost in stability, which this weapon lacks in, in exchange for a small amount of handling.
Column 3 Perk: Our third column choice is Threat Detector. It gives a sizable boost to your weapons reload, stability, and handling animation just by being near enemies which we should be with an SMG.
Column 4 Perk: Lastly, Repulsor Brace is the final perk. This perk gives an overshield upon killing a void debuffed enemy giving strong survivability when paired with any void debuff.
Masterwork: For the masterwork, range is the obvious pick. The base range on this SMG is quite low so boosting the range will help us reach out and hit enemies from farther away.
Mod: Minor spec in your mod slot gives you increased damage to minor enemies. This is important to help kill the enemies we prioritized with a primary ammo weapon.
Conclusion: SMGs are incredibly strong for PVE with their high damage and fast fire rate. The Title is no exception to that rule offering very good perks and stats that give us a very nice and balance weapon capable of being a mainstay in any guardians arsenal.
PvP – The Title God Roll
Barrel | Hammer-Forged Rifling |
Magazine | Ricochet Rounds |
Perk 1 | Dynamic Sway Reduction |
Perk 2 | Rangefinder |
Origin Trait | Classy Contender |
Masterwork | Range |
Mod | Counterbalance Stock |
Barrel: For the barrel perk, the best option is hammer-forged rifling. This boosts our range to the max without any decreasing any of our other stats. This increase in range allows us to hit as hard from farther away.
Column 3 Perk: Our third column choice is Dynamic Sway Reduction. This gives a boost in stability, and accuracy as we hold down the trigger.
Column 4 Perk: Rangefinder is the winner in this column. Rangefinder increases your zoom magnification when you aim down sights. Zoom is directly tied to your range and damage falloff giving you a boost in your engagement ranges.
Masterwork: Following a similar theme we are going with a Range masterwork. Similar to the other perks this allows your engagement distance to be further out giving you a better chance in any gunfight.
Mod: Counterbalance Stock is the choice for our mod slot. This will allow us to get 100 recoil direction which keeps our recoil as vertical as possible giving us the best chance to land our shots.
Conclusion: SMGs are incredibly strong in PVP with their damage, time to kill, and long range engagement distances. The Title gets paired with good stats and a great perk combination for PVP giving us the best chance to perform well.
