Every chapter in Doom The Dark Ages hides a variety of collectible items. Some of these can be highly beneficial during your playthrough, while others are there to satisfy completionists who like to explore every inch of any level. Like all other chapters, Chapter 12 (Sentinel Command Station) also hides within its map a wide range of collectibles. You could easily miss one or more of these if you don’t keep your eyes peeled for them.
Even so, it might be tricky to locate and retrieve each one of them without some help. This guide will offer you the exact location details for all Chapter 12 collectibles in Doom The Dark Ages.
All Chapter 12 Collectibles in Doom The Dark Ages
Refer to the following table to find all of the collectibles in this chapter. There are eight of them to discover.

| Codex | Just after you start the chapter, you’ll find the codex to your immediate right. |
| Ruby | After the big battle in the initial area, climb up a wall and solve a puzzle. Then, rather than proceeding right toward the goal, turn left to find a room with a hump pad. Use it to launch yourself onto a ledge where you can smash through a wall and find the Ruby. |
| Ruby | You will reach a point in the chapter where you’ll need to stand on a green button to proceed. Just before that, you’ll find a breakable wall. Smash through it and use your shield on the gear to access a climbable wall. You’ll need to climb up a couple more walls after activating the gears with your shield saw. After the final climb, you’ll find the Ruby. |
| Purple Key | You don’t need to go out of your way for this one, as you’ll get it by simply proceeding through the mission. |
| Ruby | Backtrack to the area where the mission starts. To the left-hand side will be a room you can unlock with the Purple Key. Inside it will be the Ruby. |
| Collectible Toy | After retrieving the previous collectible, turn around and keep to the right as you move forward. You’ll eventually find a gate that’s locked. Open it using the Purple Key and break the nest inside to start a battle. After the fight ends, look at the back of the room to find the toy. |
| Collectible Toy | On your way back to the first big room, turn and look to your left. Drop down inside the broken floor here, and you’ll get the toy at the end of this underground section. |
| Demonic Essence upgrade | After dropping down from the next shrine, face off against the huge swarm of enemies. As the fight finishes, you’ll find the ammo upgrade. |
