Dune Awakening Pre-Orders Available Now
Pre-orders for Dune: Awakening are now available for purchase on the digital store of Xbox Series X/S, as well as on Steam. The game is only available in digital format, with no physical disc version being sold.
Additionally, there are a few pre-order rewards for anyone who purchases the game before the full launch on May 20, 2025. Here are the two rewards you will receive if you pre-order Dune: Awakening:
- Terrarium of Muad’Dib – An in-base decoration featuring the desert mouse from the Dune universe.
- Sunset Dye Global Swatch – A unique color pattern based on the environment of Arrakis. You can apply it to your armor, weapons, and vehicles.
Dune Awakening Special Editions
You can buy Dune: Awakening in three different ways, with two special editions available beyond the standard game. You can purchase any of these three versions of the game before May 20, 2025, and receive pre-order bonuses. However, the 5-day ‘head start’ or early access is not included in the Standard Edition. Finally, the Standard Edition costs $49.99.
- Standard Edition – Base game, pre-order bonuses.
- Deluxe Edition – Base game, pre-order bonuses, 5 days early access, Season Pass, armor.
- Ultimate Edition – Base game, pre-order bonuses, 5 days early access, Season Pass, armors, digital OST and artbook, Building set and swatches.
Dune Awakening Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition of Dune: Awakening costs $69.99 and comes with the base game and the same pre-order bonuses as the Standard Edition. Additionally, it also comes with some other content, including:
- Season Pass – Includes 4 future DLCs.
- Sardaukar Bator Armor – Armor worn by the elite military force sworn to the Emperor.
- 5-Day Head Start – Only available if you purchase as a pre-order. With this, you can start playing the game on May 15, 2025.
Dune Awakening Ultimate Edition
The Premium Edition of Dune: Awakening costs $89.99 and comes with all of the content from the Deluxe Edition. Furthermore, you’ll also receive two additional color swatches, more furnishings, cosmetics, and more. Here are all of the additional items you’ll get with a purchase of the Dune: Awakening Premium Edition:
- All Items from the Deluxe Edition – Season Pass, Sardaukar Bator Armor, and 5-day head start.
- Caladan Palace Building Set – Furnishings based on the 2021 Dune film.
- Dune 2021 Film Stillsuit – The stillsuit worn by Paul Atreides’ in the 2021 film.
- Blue Dasher Ornithopter Swatch – A unique color pattern for your ornithopter.
- Dusk Rider Sandbike Swatch – A unique color pattern for your sandbike.
- Digital Artbook – 50-page art book with images created during the game’s development.
- Digital Soundtrack – 90 minutes of original music from the game.
Finally, all of the content offered by the Premium Edition is only available in a digital format. It does not appear as if the developers will be releasing a Collector’s Edition or offering physical materials for sale.
