Mammoth F-160 Raiju, introduced as part of the San Andreas Mercenaries update, is considered the fastest plane in GTA Online. The aircraft can go up to 232.50 mph/374.17 kph, which is currently the top speed of any plane in GTA Online.
The military VTOL attack jet, which comes with a 1-seat capacity, is inspired by the real-life Lockheed-Martin F-35A Lightning II and Northrop YF-23. Additionally, the weaponized aircraft has a stealth mode, which hides the plane from the radar. You can purchase the F-160 Raiju for $6,855,000 on Warstock Cache & Carry.
2) Buckingham Pyro
Introduced in the Smuggler’s Run update, Buckingham Pyro stands next in line after the F-160 Raiju as the fastest plane. The military fighter jet boasts an impressive top speed of 222.75 mph/358.48 kph.
The real-life De Havilland Vampire inspired the designs of Buckingham Pyro. This fighter jet has two built-in machine guns and missiles. Similar to F-160 Raiju, you can also purchase this one on Warstock Cache & Carry for $4,455,500.
3) Western Company Rogue

4) Mammoth Hydra
Mammoth Hydra, the first military jet of Grand Theft Auto, was introduced to GTA Online with the Heists update. Mammoth Hydra got its designs based on the real-life British Aerospace Harrier II and F-35 Lightning II. Surprisingly, the legendary plane tops the fastest plane list at 4th place with an amazing top speed of 209.25 mph/336 kph.
Unlike the other planes on this list, Hydra can also be stored as a Pegasus vehicle, apart from storing in a hangar. However, the military jet lacks customizing options apart from changing colors. So you cannot add any weapons like other planes.
5) V-65 Molotok
Finally, we have the V-65 Molotok in fifth place. The military fighter jet was brought to the game as part of the Smuggler’s Run update. The V-65 Molotok has a top speed of 207.75 mph/334.36 kph, owning its place among the top 5 fastest planes in GTA Online.
The jet got its designs inspired by the real-life Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15/MiG-17, Yakovlev Yak-30, and North American F-86 Sabre. The V-65 Molotok is available for $4,788,000 on Warstock Cache & Carry, considerably higher than the Mammoth Hydra.
