The speculation around the collaboration began when Duncan Rouleau, co-creator of Ben 10, hinted at the possibility during a Twitter Q&A session. When asked about a Fortnite collaboration, Rouleau intriguingly replied, “Baymax made an appearance, so never say never,” referencing his character from Big Hero 6. This cryptic comment has fans hoping that a Ben 10 crossover might be in the cards after Baymax appeared in the Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 Battle Pass.
Ben 10 follows the adventures of Ben Tennyson, who discovers a device called the Omnitrix. This device allows him to transform into various alien species, a concept that could mesh perfectly with Fortnite’s art style. Fans have already proposed ideas like skins for Ben, Kevin, and Gwen, or a mythic item that grants access to the Omnitrix’s powers.

Players are eagerly anticipating new skins, emotes, and special abilities if the collaboration happens. Among the many suggestions is Heatblast, an alien form known for its fire powers. Players could transform into Heatblast to hurl fireballs or gain limited-time flight abilities. Additionally, players have suggested that the skin for Ben could have some of his aliens as transformation emotes.
While there hasn’t been any official confirmation from Epic Games, excitement continues to build. Warner Bros., the company that owns the rights to Ben 10, has a history of working with Fortnite. Warner Bros. is reportedly looking to collaborate more with Epic Games moving forward, with James Gunn’s Superman also reportedly coming to the game.
