Kosatka
The next vehicle isn’t for transportation but for unlocking one of the best heists in the game. The Kosatka is a submarine that you can purchase from Warstock Cache & Carry for $2,200,000. It’s a very expensive investment, but trust me—it’s worth it.
Once you have this submarine, you can start the Cayo Perico Heist. Completing this mission can reward you with a payout of around $1 million to $2.6 million. If you’re new, it may take around an hour or more to finish. However, once you’re familiar with the paths, you can complete it in around 30–45 minutes.

Sparrow
The Sparrow is an upgrade to the Kosatka submarine. Purchasing this adds the flimsy chopper inside the submarine that you can use to fly around Los Santos. While it’s very fragile, it is one of the fastest helicopters in the game. You can even upgrade it to have homing missiles.

Opressor Mk2
If you are tired of going through traffic or flying a plane, you can invest in an Opressor Mk2 in GTA Online. This hoverbike is the most overpowered vehicle in the game. It can float in the air, shoot homing missiles, and move very fast.
You can purchase an Oppressor Mk2 from Warstock Cache & Carry for $8,000,000. However, if you want to upgrade this vehicle, you also need to buy the Terrorbyte for $3,459,000.

Bunker
The Bunker is one of the best properties to own in GTA Online for multiple reasons. First, it allows you to do research and unlock powerful upgrades for your weapons and ammo types. Second, you can do one of the easiest cargo missions in the game and earn $50,000 every 48 minutes. Finally, the supply runs might be annoying to complete, but they can net you around $2 million after completing them with full stock.

Agency

Nightclub
The Nightclub is the late-game money printer in GTA Online. However, this property requires a lot of preparation. You’ll need to purchase other businesses linked to it before it can start generating serious cash.
On top of that, it also features a passive wall safe, just like the Agency. However, you need to complete a few missions to keep your popularity high, which helps you get the most money from it.
