Doedicurus is one of the most useful creatures to tame in Ark Ragnarok Ascended. The armadillo-like prehistoric creature can be used to gather a large amount of stone and sand by breaking down rocks. It also has a 75% weight reduction for stone, making your resource farming even more effective.

Where To Find Doedicurus in Ark Ragnarok Ascended?
To locate Doedicurus, head to the forest region in the northwest of the map, just west of the ice biome. You will find many Doedicurus roaming around the coordinates (26.9, 23.1). Since they spawn at a high rate in these regions, explore the surrounding areas to encounter more of them.
Another reliable spot to locate Doedicurus is the island on the far eastern part of the map. While Doedicurus can spawn across the island, you have a higher chance of finding multiple Doedicurus around the coordinates (40.4, 92.3).
Once you spot a Doedicurus, use weapons like tranq arrows or tranq darts to inflict torpor and make it unconscious. While battling a Doedicurus, be wary of its curling attack. You can then feed Regular Kibble or crops like Citronal, Savoroot, Longrass, and Rockarrot to tame the Doedicurus.
Despite its slow movement, a Doedicurus makes for an excellent all-terrain mount thanks to its unique rolling skill. Besides taming, killing a Doedicurus drops Raw Meat, Hide, and Keratin. However, defeating a Doedicurus is highly challenging, especially at lower levels.
