How to Get the Boots of Stormy Clamour in BG3?
To get the Boots of Stormy Clamour in Baldur’s Gate 3 you must make your way to the Underdark in Act 1, find Omeluum in the Myconid Colony, and complete his quest before purchasing the accessory from him.
Step 1- Find Myconid Colony in the Underdark
The easiest way to find the Myconid Colony in the Underdark is to use the Well in the Blighted Village to reach the Whispering Depths. You will find the Phase Spider Matriarch boss walking along webs that run over the top of a green glowing chasm. After defeating the spider, you will need to cast the Feather Fall spell on yourself. If you or a party member does not have access to the spell, you can also use a scroll or potion.
Then, jump into the green chasm. With Feather Fall active, you will land safely in the Underdark. From where you land, head northwest to find the Myconid Colony. There will be guards at the entrance, but you only need to pass a low DC roll to get past them.
Next, just north of the Mycondid Colony waypoint, you will find the hobgoblin Blurg. Speak to him (he is also a trader) and tell him about your tadpole troubles. He will summon his friend Omeluum, who he thinks may have a solution. Finally, speak to Omeluum, and agree to gather the mushrooms he needs for the potion.
Step 2- Help Omeluum investigate the parasite
Next, you need to travel to the southwest portion of the Underdark to find and explore the Arcane Tower to find Tongue of Madness and Timmask Spores. Return these to Omeluum and play through the resulting dialogue. Drinking the potion Omeluum created can inflict you with various Conditions if you fail the DC rolls, but none of them is permanent.
Afterward, start a conversation with Omeluum again and you’ll get the option to trade with him. Finally, the Boots of Stormy Clamour will be available in his shop.
How to Use Boots of Stormy Clamour in BG3?
The best way to use the Boots of Stormy Clamour in Baldur’s Gate 3 is to equip them to a Tempest Cleric or Storm Sorcerer.
