Depending on how you have played the game and the story choices you’ve made, you may remember meeting Dammon at the Druid’s Grove in Act 1. He is one of the many Tieflings who were seeking refuge there away from the threatening goblins.
Dammon will only be available as a trader in Act 2 if you defeated the goblins and goblin leaders in Act 1 to protect the Grove. If you let the goblin leaders live, or if for any reason you provoked a fight with the Druids in the Grove then the Tieflings will die and Dammon with them.
If Dammon is alive you will find him at the Last Light Inn, which is located in the northern portion of the Shadow Cursed Lands. He’ll have set up a forge in the stables and you can speak and trade with him there.
