Once across, Moonrise Towers can be found all the way to the south of the map.
No matter your allegiances, you can approach the guards under the guise of friendship and get inside. Head straight inside, and down the main flight of stairs. There are three different merchants in the Towers, and you’ll find Araj Oblodra by heading left/east once you’re inside. She is near the kitchen in a side room on the first level.
