How to Get Spidersilk Armour in BG3? Explained
You can get Spidersilk Armour from Minthara in Act 1 if you kill her or if she joins your party in Act 2. In Act 1, you can find her in Shattered Sanctum in Goblin Camp. In Act 2, She will be in MoonRise Towers.
Kill Minthara in Act 1

In Act 2, if you decide to help Goblins and kill Tieflings, you will meet Minthara in Moonrise Towers, where she can join you after the fight with Kethrick. Then you can unequip the boots of striking from her.
