In this guide, we shall go over where to find Spoiled Meat in Ark Ragnarok Ascended, a food/crafting item in the game.
There’s tons to explore in Ark Ragnarok Ascended, and as you go about doing so, you’ll find your character gets hungry. You’ll then have to scavenge for food, finding raw ingredients, setting up a cooking pot and then cooking food. Just as you get hungry, so do the animals you have with you, but for them, you need to find Spoiled Meat.
While you may cook your own food, you don’t have to go as far as the animals with you. For a good chunk of them, Spoiled Meat will suffice. Now, before you raise your pitchforks, no, we’re not feeding them spoiled food for malicious reasons. It is simply what they like. Animals such as Scorpions, Spiders, Arthroplueras, Vultures, and Karkinos love Spoiled Meat.
Furthermore, the meat can also be used to craft Narcotics, which you can then deploy for your taming attempts. If push comes to shove, you can also eat the meat yourself, letting you gain small HP in tight situations.

Where To Find Spoiled Meat in Ark Ragnarok Ascended

In order to find Spoiled Meat in Ark Ragnarok Ascended, you need to make your way to (Latitude 15.3, Longitude 81.7). When you reach these coordinates, you’ll find yourself at the edge of the island, with a vast body of water before you. Inside this water, you’ll find the Basilosaurus swimming about.
Kill the Basilosaurus and its body will then sink inside the water, falling to the surface. Swim under and approach its body with a pickaxe in hand. Hit away at the body with your pickaxe, and the Basilosaurus carcass will then drop Spoiled Meat for you.
The Basilosauruses spawn in large numbers by this body of water. If you’re looking to farm Spoiled Meat, this is the best spot to do so. Simply wait for them to respawn, kill them, farm the Spoiled Meat, and then repeat.
