Where to Find a Wand and Tome in Throne and Liberty
As is the case with many other common weapons and items in the game, you can acquire a Wand and Tome through a Merchant. Complete the game’s tutorial and then head to Kastleton. Here, you will come across many Artisans and Merchants. They all have something to offer.
Once in Kastleton, look for the Equipment Merchant. He should be relatively easy to spot due to his large number of wares. Interact with him and then browse through his offerings to find a Wand and Tome. It will likely be the Mystwood Wand, one of the Common rarity Wands in the game.
After you have purchased the Wand, you can equip it in your main hand. With that, you are now a member of the arcane brotherhood, and you can use your newly acquired Wand and Tome to help your party out in battle.
Tips to Use Wand and Tome
Wand and Tome, unlike most weapons, do not deal a lot of damage. The weapon is designed to provide support to your party members. This means you can heal and enchant your teammates during battle and effectively save them from dying. However, you can use the Wand and Tome to curse enemies.
