Dune Awakening will release on Steam on June 10, 2025, but will the highly anticipated title make its way to consoles?
After years of remaining dormant, the Dune franchise once again has the mainstream in its stronghold with blockbuster movie after blockbuster movie. The hype surrounding the franchise has bled into the gaming sphere, too, with gamers now eating well with Dune Awakening.
Dune Awakening is an open-world, multiplayer survival game that throws you into Arrakis. This Arrakis may feel familiar to you, but it has one glaring omission: it has no Paul Atreides. Paul Atreides was never born, and this Arrakis exists in an alternate timeline, letting you leave your own imprint on these lands without the messiah.
With so much going for the game, people are excited to hop into this exciting new rendition of Arrakis when Dune Awakening launches on June 10, 2025. Dune Awakening will be launching on PC, as well as the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X consoles. So, to answer your question: yes, Dune Awakening will be coming to consoles, but just not yet.

Dune Awakening Is Coming to Consoles
As stated earlier, Dune Awakening is coming to consoles. The game is planned to come to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X. The game’s official website shows the game marked for release on the consoles. However, no release date has been mentioned for the console release. So, as it stands right now, the only way to play the game is through PC via Steam.

Dune Awakening will be released on Steam on June 10, 2025. The Standard edition comes for $49.99, the Deluxe for $69.99, and the Ultimate for $69.99. The game has the following PC specification requirements:
