How To Purchase the Barn in Schedule 1

As stated earlier, you acquire the Barn in Schedule 1 by purchasing it as you would any other property. To purchase the Barn in Schedule 1, you have to follow the steps given below:
- Head over to Ray’s Realty on the bottom right side of the map, closer to downtown.
- Go inside the building and head over to Ray behind the reception desk. Press the ‘E’ key to talk to him.
- Select the “I’d like to purchase a property” dialogue option. This will bring up a list of properties that you can buy.
- Select “The Barn,” and Ray will then ask you to confirm the purchase for $25,000. Click on “Yes” and confirm your purchase for the said price.
The property will then be transferred under your name. The Barn is located directly east of Ray’s Realty, past the woods.
