Assassin’s Creed Shadows: The Regalia Walkthrough (Claws of Awaji DLC)

In this guide, we’ll take a detailed look at how you can start and complete the quest, The Regalia, in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

The Regalia in Assassin’s Creed Shadows is the seventh main quest within the Claws of Awaji DLC. It starts after you are able to eliminate all enemies and give chase to the Unknown in the previous quest, A Long Lost Key. In The Regalia quest, your primary objective is to first regroup with Yasuke and then head to a specific location to retrieve the final Regalia.

In this guide, we’ll explore exactly how you can proceed to easily complete The Regalia quest.

Walkthrough for The Regalia in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

As we said, the quest is divided into two parts, with the first part involving reaching the Eshima Coast waterfall to speak with Yasuke. In the second phase, Naoe will need to use Tsuyu’s key to retrieve the final Regalia. Here’s how you can proceed with both these phases.

Meeting Up With Yasuke

The Regalia quest begins with the following clues as to where you’ll have to go to find the final Regalia:

  • The Regalia is in Eshima Coast.
  • It’s hidden underneath the Myoshoji Temple.

So, following these clues, head to the northern portion of the Awaji Islands, where the Eshima Coast region is. After entering this region, make your way to the Myoshoji Temple and move to the northwest part of it to locate a waterfall. Here, you can interact with a sculpture to trigger the cutscene with Yasuke.

Finding the Regalia

Once the cutscene with Hanzo and Yasuke plays out, Naoe will then need to enter through the secret door inside the waterfall in search of the last Regalia. Follow the steps below to reach the item conveniently.

  • Step 1: Make your way inside using the small gap that’s in the rocks as you cross the waterfall.
  • Step 2: Head south and use Tsuyu’s key to unlock the trapdoor on the ground.
  • Step 3: Now head down the trapdoor and crawl through the path on the east when you reach the bottom.
  • Step 4: You’ll find the final Regalia inside a red container here. Pick it up.
  • Step 5: Now, head northeast and you’ll eventually reach a ladder. Scale it all the way up.
  • Step 6: Proceed onwards and open the temple gate.

Doing so will immediately trigger a cutscene. Once the cutscene ends, Naoe and Hanzo will band together to clear out the remaining Sanzoku Ippa in the area. Make sure to use your Bo weapon here to counter the several incoming attacks. After you manage to take down all of these enemies, The Regalia in Assassin’s Creed Shadows will conclude. It also immediately triggers the next quest, named A Sour Defeat.
