In Baldur’s Gate 3, Drunken Cloth rare clothing piece and you can buy it from the Severn vendor in Guildhall during Act 3, in Lower City. The cloth provides 10 AC and the Snowy Liver special feature. While Drunk you have Advantage on Constitution Saving throws, and you gain Temporary Hit Points equal to your Constitution Modifier at the start of your turn. Drunk is a status effect of drinking alcoholic beverages. While Drunk, you have a Disadvantage on Dexterity and Charisma Checks. The Drunken Cloth is intended for a Monk using clothing, not armor for protection.

How to Get Drunken Cloth in Baldur’s Gate 3
To get Drunken Cloth, you must access the Guildhall bar in the Lower City during Act 3. Once you enter, you can purchase the Drunken Cloth directly from the merchant Severn for 2000 gold.
How to Access Guild Hall
To access the Guild Hall easily, acquire a Guild Ring from the alley guarded by Tuskgront Half-Orc and other Guild Members. Begin in Act 3 by heading north from Rivington. Progress through Wyrm’s Rock Fortress, fulfill the related quest and gain access to the Lower City and Balliisk Gate Waypoint to reach the Guild Hall.
To enter the Guild Hall, you need a Guild Ring. Outside of the area, there will be NPC guards, led by a Half-Orc Tuskgront (X: 57 Y: -101). In a small building to the south of Tuskgront is a room with a locked chest. This room contains a Guild Ring, which you will need to access the Guild Hall. Moreover, you can get a second one by accessing the hatch next to the chest and exploring a small area underneath.
Once you’ve moved into the Guild Hall, continue North to find the bar at the northernmost point, and the merchant Severn. He will sell the Drunken Cloth for around 2000 gold depending on your discount. Also, consider purchasing the powerful Shade-Slayer Cloak near the same area.
