Assassin’s Creed Shadows Kashiwara Fort Guide

Here is a guide on how to find, conquer, and collect the rewards from the Kashiwara Fort in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

The Kashiwara Fort is situated in the region of Iga at Nabari Wilds. In this location, you can find a Legendary Kusarigama inside the legendary chest as well as complete some additional objectives. This guide will be exploring the Kashiwara fort and how you can complete the tasks to attain the rewards.

Kashiwara Fort is in an entirely ruined state. This, as explained in the game, is due to the last battle of the Tensho Iga no Ran having been held there. This location is where the forces of Lord Oda Nobunaga infiltrated and overwhelmed the region of Iga.

How To Find and Kill the First Samurai Daisho in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Enter the fort from the eastern side and proceed up the slope. Quickly sneak into the grass to avoid detection. Stealthily take down as many enemies as you can before some extra guards finish their rounds and return to the area. If done in time, you will only have to worry about the two guards. Take down the two guards and keep a note of the direction the guards arrived from.

Follow the path and move forward through the ruins. Take a left, and you will see the Samurai Daisho standing on his own. You can silently assassinate him to complete the first objective of the fort.

Where To Find the Legendary Chest in Kashiwara Fort

From the spot where you assassinate the samurai daisho, take a left and jump over the broken wall inside the house. To the right, behind a small ruined wooden wall, you will see a legendary red chest. Approach it and open it to unlock the following rewards:

1. Bloodletter – Kusarigama
2. Affliction on Entangled Enemy – Engraving
3. 1 Mastery Point
4. 3,000 XP

You can also loot around the area. Various yellow and white blips will indicate exactly what can be taken.
