In AC Shadows, the Lady of Whispers Quest provides the following hints about Lady Nene’s location:

• She lives in the Hideyoshi residence

Completing the Lady of Whispers Quest

The location will take you to a long stairway. Descend the stairs and jump over the house’s boundary in front of you. Once you reach the Hideyoshi residence, you will notice several Akechi soldiers in the courtyard. Defeating these enemies will be a challenging task. So, the best strategy would be to distract a couple of them and eliminate them with the help of combo moves.

Once you defeat the soldiers in the courtyard, head inside the house to find and kill the final soldier. Next, locate a servant working in the house. Upon talking with her, a cutscene will trigger where she thanks Yasuke for his bravery. When Yasuke asks about Lady Nene, she will inform him that Nene is safe. However, if Yasuke wants to meet Nene, he must come to Sokenji Temple in the evening.

To reach the Sokenji Temple, you must navigate to the western side of the Azuchi castle. For this, you can use the Sokenji Pagoda fast travel point. However, if it is unavailable, follow these detailed instructions to reach the temple:

1. Climb the long stairway on your left.
2. Next, take the left from the intersection.
3. Continue straight to arrive at the temple.

Once at the temple, head up to the roof to locate a table. Approaching it will trigger a cutscene where Yasuke and Nene are conversing.
