The activities in Assassin’s Creed Shadows differ for both playable characters. If you’re continuing with Naoe’s story, you will come around several Kuji-Kiri in the different regions of the map.

If you’re unfamiliar, the Kuji-Kiri is a mini-game type activity where Naoe can meditate and reflect on her past, reliving her core memories. Doing so will give her experience to level up and gain Knowledge Points to unlock high-skilled abilities. In Izumi Settsu, you can find the Rolling Glen Kuji-Kiri. Here’s its location and how to complete it.

The rolling Glen Kuji-Kuri in Assassin’s Creed Shadows is located in the Izumi Settsu region, near the eastern areas of Osaka. You can find it nestled between two snowy mountains.

Once you enter the region, you can follow the path that leads to the upper areas (mountains). You can find these mountains to the East of Osaka Castle’s area. At the end of the road, you will find the Rollin Glen Shrine, where you can complete the Kuji-Kiri minigame.

If you’re in the early stages of Naoe’s story, you will progressively reach the Izumi Settsu since it has the lowest level of enemies. Pave through the hordes at Osaka’s Katano Foothills, and you can access the meditation spot before arriving at the main castle.

Completing Rolling Glen (Kuji-Kiri)

Since Kuji-Kiri is a timing-based minigame, you must press these buttons in a sequence when the outer circle collides with the inner circle immediately:

W -> E -> S -> Q

A Naoe’s past cutscene will initiate as you complete the sequence multiple times.

Rewards

After the Kuji-kiri minigame is complete, you will be rewarded with 550 Experience and one Knowledge Point.
